From paper to saved records
- Download the appropriate sheet.
- Record daily activity on paper using the actual event date. Leave unknown values blank; record zero only when observed.
- Review completed records and hand them to your supervisor.
- An authorized user enters eligible information manually through the relevant HERD IQ workflows. Existing date and validation rules still apply.
- Use confirmed saved records in the supported farm-management views and history.
Completing paper alone does not create a digital record.
Choose the sheets that fit your farm
Community sheets are blank for anyone to use. Farm sheets add the farm and selected House or animal details you are authorized to access. Both support paper recording and manual digital entry.

Farm-specific preparation is currently supported for eligible farm owners. Your farm access and the selected House or animal determine availability; an account or subscription alone does not grant access. Paper entries become digital records only after an authorized user enters them and confirms saving.
